Shanbally House & GardensNew Crops from Shanbally Organic Farm, a member of the Irish Organic Association:

Our wonderful growers are constantly expanding our range of crops.  This therefore, allows us to provide you with even more Irish fresh tinctures than ever. At present, some of these crops are in their infancy now. However, once established, they will be added to our fresh tincture range. Moving forward, if there is something native or unusual that you would like us to grow and extract for you, please get in touch. This year we are adding a range of dried herbs and powders to our catalogue.  If you are a registered with us, signup for out newsletter to keep up to date with our new products!!

We are upscaling our growing capacity on the farm so we can begin to dry our own herbs in 2020. All our new crops from Shanbally Organic Farm are grown and harvested always with a commitment to quality. Our new crops will be the first ever Irish grown dried medicinal herbs, that can be purchased in bulk amounts. However, there are certain warmer climate plants that we must import.  As due to Irish weather, could never grow here in Ireland. In this case, we have sourced the best quality dried plant material available.  Occasionally due to our focus on quality, we must choose non-organic over organic.

Shanbally however, is continually dedicated to creating a long-term commitment for a sustainable herbal medicine industry.  Our intention is to reduce the carbon footprint of medicinal herbs. At Shanbally, we also strive to ensure that areas of land are left untouched to bring biodiversity of life and support local wildlife.
